Are there any limits?

There are no limits in the amount of data you search or save. Your subscription will not limit you in any way. You can make as many lists and submit as many decks as you want.

Is the data updated?

Our team currently exists of 15 people that tracks and update data on a daily basis. We are doing our best to keep all data fresh and add as many companies, firms or angels every day.

We plan to grow our database as big as possible and continue to expand it. We will accelerate that with our AI data feed and implentation.

How does Sphiros acquire data?

Over the last few years, we started aggregating data manually and sorted them in lists, until we decided it was time to build Sphiros.

All data is currently manually sourced and vetted by our team.

We do plan to build our own data feeds in the future after the launch of our MVP.

We also encourage customers to report any discrepancies in data so our verification team can adjust it as fast as possible

How can I pay for my subscription?

There are multiple ways you can pay for a Sphiros subscription:

In order to ensure all transactions are processed securely, we use Stripe as our payment processor to ensure PCI compliance.

What's your refund policy?

Your subscription plan may be canceled at any time. However, Sphiros does not refund or prorate unused portions of a subscription. This means that if you cancel your subscription, it will no longer auto-renew, but you will retain access until the end of your subscription period.

How do I cancel?

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please send us an email at support@sphiros.com. We will update your request as fast as possible.

Yes we can. Please e-mail us at hello@sphiros.com. Do include all details, company details and your current e-mail used when you subscribed.
